Custom Travel Journal: Large

A custom map journal is a perfect way to commemorate your most beloved travel destination, your hometown, or a loved one's special place. 

Each journal is handcrafted from recycled and purposed materials. The internal pages are acid-free, chlorine-free, and 100% recycled. The covers are made from salvaged cardboard, packing paper, and other found materials (such as vintage maps!). The Large Journal is 9-1/2" x 11".

The map on the cover is your choice! 

Within 48 hours after placing your order, I will reach out to inquire about the location you'd like to be on the front cover. Please continue reading the below text for process and associated terms and conditions of this purchase:

-- I will send you pictures of the map(s) I have available for your journal for your approval. If you do not approve of any of the map options I send, you are entitled to a full refund. Once you approve the map option, no refunds can be issued. The sale will be final.

-- Because this is a made to order item, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to be shipped once the final map option is approved. All shipping is via USPS and you will be notified and provided with a tracking number once it is shipped. Please note that all custom orders will be made on a first come first serve basis and that an estimate completion date will be provided once the final map option is approved by you.

-- Please note that all of the maps I used are found and salvaged. You can rest assured that all are in good quality, even the ones that have been lightly used. One of the core missions in my work is to make products that are sustainable and only use found materials. Because of this, I do not offer print maps from the internet or seek out any new maps are other material to complete the request. Additionally, please note that my found maps come in all sorts of colors and styles.

-- Please note that journals pictured here have been sold; they are merely to serve as examples. It is unlikely that I will have the ability to produce an exact replica of any of them.

-- I have a TON of maps but there is always a small chance that I may not have what you are looking for. If that is the case, you are entitled to a full refund.

-- If you have a map of your own that you would like to see on the cover of your journal, that is great! You are welcome to mail it to me at your expense. I will provide an address in our personal conversation. I am happy to mail back any unused portions of the map if you so desire. Please note that this will add wait time for the product to be delivered.
